How do I respond to the OES survey?

Employers selected to participate in the OES survey should receive a survey form in the mail. Completing the survey form and mailing it in the postage-paid envelope is the most common way to respond.

If you received an OES survey form, you can also respond by simply sending an e-mail to OESFlorida@idcf.bls.gov with a text or spreadsheet file attachment.

You need only include a job title (occupation) and wage rate (annual or hourly salary) for each full or part-time employee in your attachment. An hourly rate of pay is preferred for part-time workers. Please identify your survey response by including the top number on the mailing address label.
